The Paperless Post alternative that doesn't charge per guest

Paperless Post makes lovely cards, but its paid designs are priced per guest in Coins, so the bill grows with your list. EzyEvite charges one flat $1.99 per invitation, whether you invite 20 people or 200.

Built for real guest lists

Per-guest pricing adds up fast

On Paperless Post, each guest on a paid card costs Coins, and Coins aren't refundable. Free designs can go to up to 50 guests, but envelopes, liners, backdrops or stamps may have to come off to keep them free. It's the part reviewers complain about most: "ridiculous coins system (we're adults organising a party, not children playing Fortnite)," one wrote on Trustpilot in July 2026, where Paperless Post scored 1.6 out of 5 from 46 reviews when we checked.

EzyEvite has no Coins and no per-guest price. Design and preview for free, then publish for $1.99. Email invitations to your whole list are free after that.

Where Paperless Post is the better pick

If you're inviting a small group on a free design, Paperless Post costs nothing. Its catalog of designer cards, envelopes and liners is large, and Paperless Pro suits people who send many events a year.

What you get on EzyEvite

Every published evite includes the invite link and QR code, unlimited RSVPs with party size and your own questions, a registry with gift claiming, cash funds, sign-up sheets and a shared photo album. Browse the templates, or design something elsewhere and upload it as your background.
