For a conference, a gala or a large formal wedding with assigned seating, that depth is useful, and it scores 4.8 from 431 reviews on Capterra.
More than most parties need
That power comes with price and complexity. Business plans start at $39 a month, and personal plans at $10 a month. Even positive Capterra reviewers note it "can get expensive fairly quickly" and "does have a learning curve," both in May 2026. The free plan covers one event at a time and 100 guests, and RSVPify says it may include third-party offers in confirmation screens and emails.

Is RSVPify free?
RSVPify has a free plan for one event at a time with up to 100 guests and 100 emails a month. RSVPify says free events may include third-party offers in confirmation screens and emails.
How much does RSVPify cost for a wedding?
When we checked on September 15, 2026, RSVPify's personal plans were Gold from $10 a month (300 guests, one event) and Platinum from $15 a month (500 guests, three events), with 40% off yearly and no auto-renewal.
Does EzyEvite have seating charts?
No. EzyEvite collects RSVPs with party size, meal choices and your own questions and exports them to CSV, but it doesn't build seating charts or print badges. RSVPify is a better fit if you need those.
Can guests RSVP in another language on EzyEvite?
Yes. Invitations and RSVP pages are available in 7 languages, including right-to-left Arabic, on every published evite. Guests can switch languages with one tap.
