EzyEvite ("we", "us") helps you create invitations, send them, and collect RSVPs. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using EzyEvite you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account data: your name, email, and password (stored hashed).
Event & guest data: event details you create, and the guest names, emails, phone numbers and RSVP responses you or your guests provide.
Payment data: processed by our payment provider (Razorpay). We store only a transaction reference and your credit balance — never your card details.
Usage data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide the service — create and send invitations, deliver RSVP confirmations and reminders, and run your gift registry.
To process payments and maintain your credit balance.
To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate: Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Razorpay (payments). Guests you invite will see the event details and host name you provide.

Email

Invitations, confirmations, reminders and host messages are sent via email. Recipients can ignore or report unwanted messages; hosts are responsible for only inviting people who wish to be contacted.

Data retention & your rights

You can delete an event (and its guests/responses) at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account or request a copy of your data, email privacy@ezyevite.com.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions are encrypted, and all traffic uses HTTPS. No method is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
