Wedding RSVPs are where planning gets real: the caterer needs final numbers, the seating chart waits on meal choices, and a handful of guests always need a nudge.

EzyEvite collects replies online with the questions you choose, keeps the count current, and lets guests reach the registry from the same invitation — in their own language if your families speak more than one.

Wedding invitation FAQ

When should wedding invitations go out?

Six to eight weeks before the wedding is the usual guideline, with save-the-dates six to twelve months ahead. Destination weddings and holiday weekends need more notice, so aim for ten to twelve weeks.

Are online wedding invitations acceptable?

Increasingly, yes — especially for guests who live far away or for a smaller or less formal wedding. Some couples mail printed invitations to older relatives and send everyone else a link, with both pointing to the same online RSVP.

How much do online wedding invitations cost on EzyEvite?

Designing and previewing is free. Publishing an evite costs $1.99 once and includes your invite link, unlimited RSVPs and free email invitations to your whole guest list. Text invitations are $0.05 each (US and Canada). If you host often, Unlimited is $9.99 a month.
