Where Greetings Island is strong
Greetings Island gets a lot right. Its site says "most features are free with no sign-up required," online RSVP is free on every invitation (even designs you upload), and there are thousands of templates, printed invitations with free shipping, and greeting cards. Reviewers like it: 4.8 out of 5 from 2,333 Trustpilot reviews when we checked.
The catch with free
Its App Store listing says the app contains advertising, and removing ads for your recipients, getting watermark-free invitations and unlimited email invites are Premium benefits. Premium is a subscription, and a few recent reviewers were unhappy about it: "I did not sign up for a subscription and was somehow signed up for one," one wrote on Trustpilot in September 2026. Another said the RSVP tracker had "no option to add the name of guest that is a plus 1."

Does Greetings Island show ads to guests?
Its Premium membership lists an "ad-free experience for you and your online invitations & cards recipients" as a benefit, so recipients of free invitations can see ads. EzyEvite shows no third-party ads on invitations.
How much does Greetings Island Premium cost?
Greetings Island's App Store listing showed Premium at $2.99 to $3.99 a month, $1.99 a week or $23.49 a year when we checked on September 15, 2026. We couldn't load the price on its own website.
