How we picked

Every service here has RSVP tracking (or, for Canva, a clearly stated limit), public pricing, and a way to send invitations by email, text or link. We checked each company's own pricing page and help center on September 14, 2026, and took review scores from Trustpilot and the App Store on the same day. Prices change, so confirm on their site before you pay.

Zola didn't make the list: it offers a free wedding website and paper invitations, but told customers it does not offer digital invitations.

What to check before you pay for any invitation service

The total at your guest count. Per-guest and per-package pricing looks small on the page and grows with the list. Work out the price for your actual number.

What guests see. Free tiers often show ads or ask guests to download an app. Open a test invitation on your phone before you send.

How replies reach you. Check that you can see party size, answers to your questions and a headcount, and that you can export the list.

A backup for spam folders. Any service that sends email can land in spam. Make sure you can also share a plain link by text or WhatsApp. More on this in our hosting guides.
