Conference and seminar invitations
Keynotes, summits and seminars — an invitation with a real registration form, a capacity limit and a waitlist.
Free to design · $4.99 to publish · Guests RSVP without an account
A conference or seminar invitation is closer to registration than to a party invite. You need to know who is attending, from which company, with what role, and whether they have accessibility or dietary requirements — and you need to stop at the room's capacity.
EzyEvite gives you an RSVP form built for that, a capacity limit that moves people to a waitlist, and an export you can hand to the venue or your registration desk.

Cap attendance at the room's limit. Extra registrations join a waitlist and are promoted automatically when a seat opens.
A professional registration form
Collect mobile number, company, job title, dietary and accessibility needs, and read each answer beside the reply.
Export and co-hosts
Download every response as CSV for the venue or registration desk, and share management with colleagues.
Conference & Seminar invitation FAQ
How far ahead should conference invitations go out?
Six to ten weeks is typical, and earlier when attendees travel. A save-the-date can go first, with the full agenda following once it's set.
Can I limit the number of attendees?
Yes. Set a capacity and further registrations join a waitlist. When someone cancels, the next person on the list is promoted automatically.
