These terms govern your use of EzyEvite. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the guest information you upload. You must have permission to contact the people you invite. Don't use EzyEvite to send spam or unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.

Credits & payments

EzyEvite is pay-as-you-go. You buy credits, and each invitation you send costs the per-invite price shown at checkout.
Building an invitation is free; you're only charged when you send. Follow-up messages and reminders to already-invited guests are free.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
Prices may change; the price shown at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service — including sending unsolicited bulk email, impersonating others, uploading illegal content, or attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Content

You own the content you create. You grant us the limited right to store and display it as needed to run the service (e.g. showing your invitation to your guests).

Availability & liability

We work hard to keep EzyEvite available, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
