Where Canva stops
Canva's invitation maker is free, fast and hard to beat for design. Sharing works by link, as a one-page website or through Canva Print. Collecting replies is the gap: Canva's built-in forms can ask up to 10 questions through a Canva link, but on Canva Websites responses are always anonymous, so you can't see who said yes. A proper guest list means adding a third-party app.
That's fine for a party where a group chat is enough. It gets harder when you need a headcount for a caterer, meal choices, or a list of who hasn't answered yet.
Use your Canva design on EzyEvite
You don't have to choose. Design in Canva and download it as a PNG or JPG. Can Canva track RSVPs?
Not by name. Canva's forms can collect responses with up to 10 questions through a Canva link, but responses on Canva Websites are anonymous, so names can't be collected. For a guest list with headcounts you need a third-party app or a separate RSVP service.
Can I use a Canva design with EzyEvite?
